“My first time at Pauline’s and definitely won’t be the last! Lovely ambience, amenities, and care. Very calm environment even though it was very busy. It did not feel like any nail salon I’ve ever been to - no long line and crowded door of folks trying to get a chair, but small rooms and privacy. It’s a whole vibe in there! From the smell of the incense, to the tea soak and rose petals, to the complementary tea and wafer cookies, it was hands-down my best pedicure before even commenting on the pedicure. As someone with sensitive feet, the tech was cognizant of that and didn’t over do it with the scrubbing, but gave a lovely and firm massage on my legs and feet. But the quality of the polishing is better than my favorite person at Sola (you know her!). With my round and weird nails, I often have unpolished edges and sides, and uneven coverage. This is pretty flawless, and I’ve been a regular at Lovely Nails and Sola for years. The mood was lovely, peaceful, even with some pretty lively customers that all seemed to be regulars and knew each other. I loved it! I expected to pay a bit more than other places, and I did. But with the different products, the special soak that appears to be standard… rather than upcharge for a deluxe, they seem to put a lot of those extras in the standard pedicure for about $55. Totally reasonable for the experience and quality of service!”
